Karen’s Vibrant Tip for Today – Attitude
This can change your entire day! When I wake up in the morning, instead of grabbing my phone or turning on the TV to check the news, messages, or emails, I have what’s called a habit stack. Next, I get up and look in the mirror and SMILE! (Smiling releases “feel good” chemicals.) Then I read something quick and uplifting. There are hundreds of daily inspirational books. You probably have one around your home. Try this morning uplifting habit stack or make your own. It was a life-changer for me and it may be for you too!
