Karen’s Vibrant Tip for Today – Nutrition
Here it is: Just eat real food. That’s the tip.
But what does that mean? Three simple steps:
- Eliminate fast foods completely.
- Don’t eat anything with more than 5 ingredients listed on the label.
- Shop around the exterior of the store where the fresh food is.
Pretty simple, yes? Now, I didn’t say easy, I only said
it was simple. It will take some getting used to, but you will be amazed at how much better you’ll feel and your immune system will thank you.
