Finding Focus by Subtraction

“It’s not always that we need to do more but rather that we need to focus on less.”

– Nathan W. Morris

During this pandemic, many have said that since they couldn’t do everything they were doing before, they found that they were able to focus on what was actually important. They found that all those things they thought were important before, didn’t really need to be done AT ALL. This time of not doing helped them have the time to do things that have proven to be very valuable.

Karen’s Vibrant Tip for Today – Decide what you are not doing!

Since your success is determined by what you don’t do. Here are a couple of ways to start doing only what really matters:

  1. Decide what really matters. Start by jotting down what 3 things would make your life or your work unravel or even fall apart it you forgot do them.
  2. Make your STOP DOING list so your TO DO list makes all the difference in your life and in your work.
