Once you become who you were born to be (authentically—not who you are being conditioned by society, parents, church, teachers to think you are supposed to be) it becomes so much easier to see why you are alive. So each day we ask ourselves: “Am I being the real me?” This question is especially beneficial when we feel troubled or anxious.
If the answer is ever no, isn’t it time to become the real you? And from that authentic place of YOU, what will make you satisfied and happy about your life when you take your very last breath? That’s why you are alive.

Once you are you, do a little eyes closed, deep breath exercise: Imagine you are laying on your deathbed. You’re not in pain and sure you wish you could live a little longer, but you’re okay about dying because you can say, I really have lived a good life.
